Board Meeting

BoardMeeting.jpgAll Prairie Food Co-op Owners are welcome and encouraged to attend PFC Board Meetings. Currently, Board Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month.  As we get closer to signing a lease, we expect to add a 2nd meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Attending Board Meetings is a great opportunity to learn more about the work being done to open Prairie Food Co-op as well as ask questions. Owners are also allowed a 5-minute comment time (if desired) at the beginning of each meeting. Total comment time will be capped at 20 minutes to ensure the board has enough time to discuss business items.

Agenda: All Owners receive an agenda at least 1 week prior to the meeting

Executive Session Items: Noted on agenda  (guests are asked to leave at this point
