Prairie Food Co-op is at an important crossroads, and we need to hear from our Owners. Based on how pledges we have received so far, we believe that we are going to meet our escrow minimum of $100,000 by tomorrow's deadline date.

As the Board evaluates whether PFC has a viable path to long-term sustainability, one of the biggest questions is whether we can significantly grow sales.

A recent deeper analysis of our shopping data revealed something important: only about 12% of PFC Owners currently shop with us regularly — substantially fewer than we previously understood. Many more Owners have visited the store but have not returned or do not shop with us regularly.

We need to understand why.

What would make you shop at PFC more often? What needs to change? Would you give PFC another chance? And as an Owner, do you believe we should continue the turnaround or begin an orderly wind-down?
