Join Chef/Farmers and PFC Owners Marc & Luis Bernard of Rustic Road Farm for an evening of cooking and eating from their farm.  Chef Marc, former chef/partner with Lettuce Entertain You, Enterprises, will demonstrate three courses using ingredients available at their winter markets including red wattle pork shoulder, winter root vegetables, eggs, and raw honey. Come hungry, as guests will be served an appetizer portion of each course. Recipes will be included as well as a $10 gift card for the Rustic Road Farm Store!

Sugar Beet Schoolhouse has generously donated their commercial kitchen for this event. Their mission is to get people excited about the joys of growing, cooking and sharing food together. Check out their schedule of cooking classes here.

We're also reintroducing tiered pricing for this event. While we want to reach all of our community, Prairie Food Co-op Owners will get a special, reduced price. One more reason to become a Prairie Food Co-op Owner today if you're not already.
