Learn more about Susan Kramer, Prairie Food Co-op's Outreach Manager tasked with helping to open our grocery store sooner than later.

Susan Kramer is a bit of an explorer. She loves getting off the beaten path to discover great finds in quaint towns. That’s how she learned about River Market Community Co-op in Stillwater, MN, a destination that has become a traditional stop on the annual family trip to St. Paul, MN for the last 7 years. Susan’s very interested in health and wellness and likes to support local business as often as is possible. She enjoys the wide selection of nutritious foods at River Market and appreciates the deep sense of community there. Her passion and desire to have a similar store nearer to her home in Winfield, together with her background in business development and engagement management makes the Outreach Manager role a natural fit for Susan. As a self-proclaimed “cheerleader who never was”, she loves bringing people together to make things happen and have fun all at the same time. Please join Susan and the entire Prairie Food Co-op community to make this shopping experience a reality for our local friends, families and visitors.

With special thanks to our host, Tracy Bushka, owner of Elite X Training, for allowing us the use of her studio for this event.
