Prairie Food Co-op Community Grocery

Late Season Growing Techniques

GWP_LateSeasonWorkshopSq.jpgLate summer is the perfect time to renew your enthusiasm for gardening and plant a variety of crops that grow well in fall. Join Rachel Reklau of Sweet Home Organics to learn how to maximize your growing season and learn tips for big late-season garden harvests.

Prairie Food Co-op is pleased to present this class in collaboration with The GardenWorks Project which seeks to empower, educate, and promote organic suburban agriculture to improve the wellbeing of our community, the environment, and families facing food insecurity. We support all gardeners in their efforts to grow and prepare food for themselves and their neighbors in need.

The class is free, but please RSVP at Gardenworks and tell them Prairie Food Co-op sent ya!
