An immersive experience w/ Chef Ernesto, from El Molcajete Sauces, into the culinary traditions, culture, and history of the Indigenous peoples of Oaxaca, Mexico.
This is a hands-on learning class, with an introduction to native ingredients, wild herbs, indigenous tools & food preparation woven with stories from Chef Ernesto connecting food to festivals, farming, spirituality & identity.
Class concludes with a shared meal and beverage pairings.
