Join us and PFC owner Quinn Coulson, a self-taught meditation and mindfulness practitioner as she shares the benefits of a regular meditation practice, some tips for getting started in your practice, and where to find resources and more information. The workshop will end with a short, 10-15 minute guided meditation, so you can get acquainted with the relaxation it brings and go about your evening calmer and more refreshed!
