We are thrilled to welcome Rachel Reklau of Sweet Home Organics to share with us the fundamentals of square foot gardening. She will highlight the basics of setting up and planting an organic vegetable and herb garden using square-foot garden techniques. Topics will include what plants grow best in our area, space requirements, maintenance to maximize harvests and, most importantly, building good soil.
