Join us for our second Community Meeting to learn more about plans to open a full service grocery store in Lombard! Prairie Food Co-op will have a focus on local, organic, sustainably produced food in addition to all the other products you'd expect in a grocery store - all in a bright beautiful comfortably-sized store owned by YOU. It's a great time to be part of this exciting project. We will be having a Volunteer Orientation immediately following our initial presentation.  

Light refreshments will be served. 

• 7 - 7:30 - Presentation by PFC Board President Kathy Nash outlining our plans to open Prairie Food Co-op and the benefits of having a food co-op in our community.
• 7:30 - 7:45 - Questions from the audience
• 7:45 - 8:30 - Volunteer Orientation. If you are interested in volunteering, please stay to learn more about the various opportunities available. Any help - big or small - is welcome.
