Set aside some time for yourself and mindfully start your week ahead full of gratitude! Join us for a relaxing yoga session from the comfort of your own home, led by yoga instructor, Natalie Schilke.
Natalie has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and blends her love for nature and wellness into all of her teachings. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and also holds a certification in Children’s Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Horticultural Therapy.
This session is for all levels of yoga - no previous experience necessary!
Equipment needed: yoga mat (or a blanket or towel will work perfectly)
Prior to the event, a Zoom link will be emailed to those who register.
