As you know, we at PFC are hoping to hear back from the Village of Lombard if one of the awesome development bids at 101 S. Main St. that we are a part of will get chosen. We’ve garnered over 1000 signatures for our petition, have heard that many of you have personally emailed your Lombard trustee (or village President if you’re not a Lombard resident), and have seen many letters to the editor and other public comments in favor of Prairie Food opening at 101 S. Main. 

Now, we want to do one last thing that we think will really show our Lombard government that our community has got our back. We want YOU to come to our Prairie Postcard Party on Tuesday, the 24th of July.

This will be a DROP IN event where you show up whenever you can, sign a postcard that we’ll have all ready to go for you, grab a drink and talk co-op if you’d like and leave whenever you want! We’ll help you locate your Lombard trustee, have address labels ready to go, provide the stamp, and will even send it for you! We’ll also have a selection of local beer, wine, and snacks for you to enjoy. This is open to all, but if you’re not a PFC Owner yet, we hope you’re strongly considering it. We'll also make it easy for you to become an Owner on the spot if you're so inclined. 

So come out and bring your friends to help support your favorite local food co-op and let’s show our village that our community’s got our back! You don’t have to RSVP, but we’d like it if you did just so we get an idea of how many are stopping by!
