Spring Into Wellness - Eat Well Be Well With Culinary Confidante

Have you noticed the plant-based buzz that's been going around? Wondering exactly what plant-based means?

Join us for Part Two of our Spring into Wellness workshop series "Eat Well Be Well" where we will explore the plant-based approach to eating that has been growing in popularity in restaurants, grocery stores, and most likely your social media feed.

Crystal Echevarria of Culinary Confidante will cover what plant-based means, the benefits of incorporating more plant based food into your routine, and how you can make better choices at the grocery store that will directly impact your health.

Don't worry, this is a workshop for everyone: omnivores, pescatarians, flexitarians, vegans, and vegetarians. The only requirement is that you be plant-curious! (you want to eat more fresh foods, but could maybe use a few tips). During this interactive Zoom meeting Crystal will share her top picks for healthy foods to include in your diet as well as a few of her favorite recipes and resources.

With a background in nutrition, culinary arts and plant-based diets, Crystal will be bringing the knowledge you need to eat well so that you can be well.
